Our Fat Washed Bacon Old Fashioned, a subtly salty twist on an all time favourite.
For this cocktail, we fried off some tasty fresh bacon and let it sit for a few days in the Bourbon to infuse. After a few days it was popped into the fridge to freeze, once drained out we were left with a salty bourbon treat.
