We are delighted to offer a Gluten Free pizza on almost all our range. The dough is a coeliac society approved dough, and tastes amazing! Admittedly it is a little bit tricky to roll out, and does only feed one person. We would recommend rolling out between 2 lightly dusted sheets of greaseproof paper, then chilling before removing from paper. It is much thinner than the classic Detroit Style dough, but doesn't taste like cardboard. The image is not of the actual pizza dough. Check out the flavours in the options below
